Celebrate your Birthday with a Kids Activity Center Party!
A party at Kids Activity Center is a stress-free experience with all the fun and none of the work. Our parties are all-inclusive; our staff will take care of your needs from start to finish.
Your party will get 90 minutes of fun and excitement in a clean and safe environment designed especially for kids. Our parties include a 30-minute celebration in our birthday party room completely decorated for your child’s party and a full hour of exclusive use of our gym under the supervision of our certified instructors. The children will be entertained through the use of music, games, and our child-sized gymnastics equipment.
Our basic birthday party provides:
- Invitations – printed, addressed and mailed
- Thank you notes
- Complete set up and clean up
- Private use of our facility
- Tablecloths and plates, napkins and plastic ware for the children
- Pizza and juice boxes or water for the children
- Goodie bag and balloon for each child
- 1 Mylar Balloon
- Shirt and birthday ribbon for birthday child
- Entertainment for the children
- Certified instructors to lead your party
- 12 Children (Additional children are $9.00 per child, there is no maximum number of children)
- Cake (available at an extra charge)
All you provide is a guest list and your birthday boy or girl!
We offer many additional items and services to customize your event that will make your child’s special day even more memorable. Our party planner can provide a list of additional services offered.

BIRTHDAY PARTY F.A.Q.
How long is the party?
Your child’s party will last for 90 minutes – 60 minutes of gymnastics instruction and 30 minutes of party time. You may purchase additional time that can be used for more fun in the gym, opening presents or face painting and balloon animals!! (Additional time is based upon availability)
When can parties be held?
On Fridays call for availability
On Saturdays from 12:00-1:30, 2:00-3:30, 4:00-5:30 and 6:00-7:30
On Sundays from 9:00-10:30, 11:00-12:30, 1:00-2:30, 3:00-4:30 and 5:00-6:30
Other days and times may be available on request.
How are refreshments handled?
We provide all paper goods – plates, tablecloths, napkins, and plastic ware for the children. We provide all children with pizza and a drink. We provide the opportunity for you to purchase a cake and food and drinks for adult guests through us. You may bring your own cake. We have a refrigerator and freezer available for your use.
Who will host my party?
Kids Activity Center provides 3 qualified instructors to safely lead the children through a variety of fun, age-appropriate activities.
What ages of children may participate?
We celebrate birthday parties for ages 1 and up. Parents are required to stay for children under 3 years of age. Children who are actively participating in the party fun will be included in your headcount. Children go into the gym barefoot and adults will wear socks.
How many Children may attend the party?
Our Basic party is designed for up to 12 children, including the birthday child. However, Kids Activity Center does not limit the number of children allowed to attend. Each guest past the basic 12 will be $9.00 per child.
When should we arrive?
Kids Activity Center staff handles the set-up for your party, so you need to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. We handle the clean-up as well, so you are free to leave after your party has concluded.
What upgrades are available?
You may purchase additional time that can be used for more fun in the gym, opening presents or face painting and balloon animals!! (Additional time is based upon availability)
